Level 3 is an opportunity to deepen what you already know and expand your ability to work with MFR with greater confidence, intuitive flow and trust.

Level 3 has a wonderful way of blowing the linear mind.
The charts become considerably more expansive and abstract than those we work with in Levels 1 & 2. Rather than trying to understand or anticipate where a session is going, you are increasingly invited to trust what comes up, follow the guidance you receive, and allow the session itself to reveal the path.
It is a beautiful movement from doing the process toward allowing yourself to become a clearer instrument for it.
For many practitioners, this is where MFR begins to feel increasingly fluid, inspired and alive.
It is less about simply learning more and more about deepening your relationship with the process itself — and trusting the intelligence that is guiding it.
